Many coaches at HealthifyMe face difficulty managing tasks efficiently due to manual task selection and crafting personalized messages. This not only consumes significant time but also hampers productivity.
Problem
Existing dashboard
A structured approach was necessary to prioritize tasks and automate message generation. After discussing with our coaches, we made a task priority list for them and created a proof of concept. The coaches mainly used desktops, so we designed a hypothetical mobile flow for the POC. This was in response to their feedback that having a mobile app would make things easier.
Solution
We introduced a dashboard displaying tasks and task buckets based on urgency, emphasizing those requiring immediate attention. This enables coaches to focus on critical tasks efficiently.
2. AI-Powered Message Drafting
1. Automated Task Prioritization
By integrating AI technology, specifically ChatGPT, into our messaging system, we expedite response generation. ChatGPT analyzes user data, messages, and activity logs to generate personalized draft responses. Coaches can then review and customize these drafts, ensuring timely and tailored communication. Through machine learning, response quality progressively improves.

The implementation led to a 14% improvement in task completion rates and a 35% reduction in average response time for messages and mentions. Coaches also witnessed an 18% increase in positive feedback from users.
Impact
During client calls, coaches resort to manual note-taking to track client responses. However, they struggle to keep up with filling out the form as the client speaks, leading to inefficiencies in completing the form. Transferring handwritten notes to digital forms is time-consuming and inconvenient.
Problem

We enhanced the co-pilot feature to automate form-filling based on conversation content. Coaches now only need to verify responses before approval, saving time and effort. Additionally, call details and summaries are retained for future reference.
Solution
The proposed enhancements aim to reduce coach note-taking time by 20% and improve note quality by 30%.

Hovering over any action button (Add, Replace, Ignore) for more than 2 seconds will trigger a tooltip that explains the button's functionality.
1. Action Buttons
The text fields within the co-pilot section will be non-editable; coaches will only have the ability to click on the action buttons or copy the text from these fields into the current profile section ensuring every question is read and verified.
All Projects
The project spanned over 2 days each for creating the POC and designing the dashboard. Collaborating with a colleague, we brainstormed and developed the POC. For the dashboard design, I led the process, incorporating input from coaches and receiving mentorship from our business head.
Contribution
My takeaway from this project was understanding the importance of creating POCs and how their innovative concepts can serve as a catalyst for enhancing existing platforms.
We incorporated this feature into the existing coach dashboard, testing it with selected coaches to evaluate effectiveness. The dashboard now showcases three priority tasks simultaneously, offering flexibility and aiding multitasking. Upon task completion, the system automatically transitions to the next task in line.
